General terms and conditions:

• The condition for granting the discount is registration in the client account.
• The discount is valid only through ONLINE reservations, through your client account.
• In order to apply the discount, it is necessary that the registration is valid on the day of arrival at the hotel and on the date of use of services.
• The use of discounted services is intended for guests who are registered under the profile of the SILVER or GOLD loyalty program.
• A registered guest can claim a discount on accommodation for max. 3 rooms including a registered guest (or the closest family member: husband, wife, son, daughter) in one reservation on the same date, while a reservation of a registered guest under the profile of the SILVER or GOLD loyalty program is also required as part of the reservation. The discount is provided on all accounts that are credited directly to the room of a registered guest with a SILVER or GOLD loyalty profile during the stay. Discounts on the use of wellness and catering services, which are credited to additional rooms within one reservation, cannot be applied.
• The discount cannot be applied to tobacco products, cosmetic products and the purchase of gift vouchers.
• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discounted offers.
• If the guest is not staying at the hotel and wishes to use the entrance to the wellness with a discount, the use of wellness services for non-staying guests may be limited on selected dates, during weekends, holidays, or when the hotel is highly occupied. Therefore, it is necessary to reserve wellness services in advance online: www.hotelkaskady.sk. Otherwise, the hotel does not guarantee the guest access to the wellness area. ONLINE reservation of entrance to the wellness is cheaper. In the case of booking entry to the wellness center without an ONLINE reservation in advance, the guest will be charged counter prices with a discount based on the loyalty profile of the SILVER and GOLD guest.
• By signing the registration form, the guest agrees that he/she is familiar with the terms and conditions of using discounts within the loyalty program. He agrees to the processing of personal data, has been familiarized with the protection of personal data and agrees with the provision of contact data for marketing purposes and conditions of use of services within the valid General Terms and Conditions of the hotel.
• The hotel reserves the right to change prices.
